[Format] Reporting a Player

Hi, my name is AxelPetrov. I am going to be showing you the correct format to use when posting a player Report.
A Player Report is a report that you make against a player in order to get them banned. But why would you do this? You should only make a Player Report if that player has broken rules on the server. You can check out the server rules on the forums at any time (they are constantly changing).
